Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 passed by parliament

If you are a non-public sector organisation with more than 100 employees by 2014 you will be required to report on actual gender equity outcomes in your workplace.

The Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 replaces the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 adn renames the EOWW Agency to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
